Is SyncWave really free?
Yes. Creating rooms, syncing music, chatting, and managing queues is completely free with no limits. Pro and Premium add convenience features like persistent rooms and extra playlists.
Do I need an account to use SyncWave?
No. You can create and join rooms without signing up. If you want to save playlists or upgrade to a paid plan, you can create a free account at any time.
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Absolutely. Cancel with one click from your profile settings. You keep access to your plan until the end of the billing period.
What happens to my persistent rooms if I downgrade?
Your rooms will remain accessible. If you exceed the free tier limit, you won't be able to create new persistent rooms until you reduce the count or upgrade again.
