Is SyncWave really free?
Yes. Creating rooms, listening in sync, chatting and managing the queue is free with no limits. Pro and Premium are for people who want more: rooms that do not close, more saved playlists and visibility for their community.
Do I need an account to use SyncWave?
No. You can create and join rooms without signing up. If you want to save playlists or upgrade to a paid plan, you can create a free account at any time.
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Absolutely. Cancel with one click from your profile settings. You keep access to your plan until the end of the billing period.
What happens to my persistent rooms if I downgrade?
Your rooms will remain accessible. If you exceed the free tier limit, you won't be able to create new persistent rooms until you reduce the count or upgrade again.
What payment methods do you accept?
We use Stripe for secure payments. You can pay with any major credit or debit card.
